Meta IQ Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver according to plan. Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field. A master's degree or project management certification is preferred. At least five years of experience in project management, including a track record of successful project delivery, ideally within our industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including proficiency in project management software programs. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
