As a Materials Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials management processes, ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands. You will report directly to our Materials Planning Supervisor, and report out of the Clearwater, FL plant. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by managing inventory levels, analyzing material requirements, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Implement material intercompany purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible to resolve material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operations, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Solve material related problems
Ensure timely material ordering
Participate and lead line of balance meeting with procurement and production
Provide data and analysis
Escalate shortages and potential shortages
Open Order Report-Action messages
Past Due order Reports-follow up with Buyer
Shortage/Expediting
YOU MUST HAVE
3 years of experience in Planning
Experience with MRP/ERP Systems/SAP
Experience in manufacturing planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI)
WE VALUE
2-year degree
Ability to work independently and take direction from others
Established skills and experience in Materials management/Planning
Detailed‑oriented, accuracy of work is critical to factory performance, customer satisfaction
Priority setting, sense of urgency and timing are vital to successfully performing this role
