Contract: Full-time
We are seeking a professional and motivated Chief Officer to join 55m motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be capable of stepping in as relief for the Captain when required.
Requirements
Must have Master 500gt license (to be qualified to stand in for the captain if required) Minimum 3 years of yachting experience Charter experience highly preferred Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards for service, vessel maintenance and crew conduct with a discreet and polished demeanor Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward shared objectives Experience overseeing safe manning, drills and safety management onboard Competency in bridge duties and admin/ISM paperwork Strong understanding of vessel maintenance schedules and requirements Must have valid B1B2 Visa or US Passport / legal authorization to work in the US Passport with at least 6 months validity Excellent above industry standard salary + leave package
