Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manager, Measurement & Evaluation with experience in community health initiatives and data management to support our efforts in data-driven decision-making and program improvement. This role will report to the Director of Measurement & Evaluation within the Mission Department. The Manager, Measurement & Evaluation will play a critical role in supporting ZERO's growing Measurement and Evaluation department across both external initiatives (including the groundbreaking Blitz the Barriers project) and internal programs spanning advocacy, education, awareness, community engagement, and support groups. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience working with community-based organizations, healthcare partners, or public health programs, combined with strong technical capabilities in data collection, analysis, and visualization. This role will be instrumental in transforming data from diverse community sources into actionable insights that drive organizational impact, inform strategic decision-making, and ultimately improve health outcomes in underserved communities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis

Design, generate, and revise surveys for various organizational programs and initiatives

Control, clean, and manage data from multiple input sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

Conduct basic statistical analyses to support program evaluation and reporting needs

Maintain data quality standards and documentation protocols

Provide experience‑informed guidance for development and implementation of Measurement and Evaluation frameworks for Mission initiatives

Dashboard Development & Maintenance

Build and maintain live dashboards using standard software packages

Create visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to diverse audiences

Update recurring dashboards to reflect current program metrics and outcomes

Reporting & Consultation

Assist in building quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and external partnerships

Provide data‑driven insights to support program improvement and strategic planning

Consult with internal teams on measurement and evaluation needs for ongoing and new initiatives

Cross‑Departmental Collaboration

Partner with Patient Navigation, Volunteer Management, Patient Programs and Education, and Community Grants departments to support their data needs

Partner with Marketing and Communications Department to devise outreach requirements for Measurement and Evaluation projects

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Work (LCSW), or a related field

3 - 5 years of experience in health-related measurement and evaluation, preferably in cancer or health equity

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced functions

Demonstrated ability to build dashboards in Power BI and/or Google Looker Studio

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Basic understanding of statistical concepts and their application

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams

Physical Requirements

Constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a computer printer, calculator, and copier.

Prolonged periods of a stationary position at least 50% of the time.

The ability to recognize details at close range for extended periods of time.

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

This position will report directly to the Director, Measurement & Evaluation, to support ZERO’s mission and goal of saving lives from prostate cancer.

This position is based remotely and candidates may live in any area within the United States. This position will require nationwide travel approximately 10% of the time.
