Accounting Manager pay up to $140,000/yr + 15% bonus
What to know:
Pay of up to $140k/year
15% bonus target
Hybrid scheduled – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Mondays and Wednesdays mandatory in office
Functions:
Oversee property-level accounting and work with 3rd party property teams
Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, rent rolls, and cash management
Approve operating and tax escalations, annual estimates, and reconciliations
Handle loan compliance, including mortgage payments and lender reporting
Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements, including footnotes (fair value and tax basis)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
5+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)
Experience with Funds and/or Joint Ventures, including fair value GAAP and tax accounting
Proficiency with tenant recoveries (CAM), waterfall calculations, and audit preparation
Proficiency in financial software systems; MRI experience is a plus
