The Activities Director is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and directing the activities programs at Seneca Hill Manor in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards governing the Facility. The Activities Director ensures that the emotional, recreational, social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual resident basis.
Conducts and oversees the activities program for all of our nursing home residents
Creates engaging and meaningful activities for the residents
Provides positive and engaging energy for the residents and the staff
Must be outgoing and can think and create independently
Takes initiative to engage our residents in activities
Demonstrates the ability to and desires to lead the activities department staff
Create 5-star activites programs for the residents
Leads the activities team by example. Conducts regular meetings to seek input from the activities staff on new ideas

High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred. Supervisory/management experience preferred. Experience in long term care preferred.
Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000/annually
Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
