Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and workflows and propose automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform.

Design processes in Camunda BPM platform in Ordering and Service Activation in the Telecom domain.

Define and implement the technical architecture and design of Camunda‑based applications, including integration with other systems and technologies.

Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables over CaaS / AWS.

Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and engineers on Camunda development and best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of Camunda projects.

Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot the performance and availability of Camunda applications and environments.

Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Camunda and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

At least 10+ years of experience developing and deploying business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform or similar tools; 4+ years of experience architecting solutions using Camunda/Flowable.

Strong knowledge and experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience designing and implementing complex Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables using BPMN, DMN standards.

Experience integrating Camunda with other systems and technologies such as databases, messaging systems, and cloud services.

Experience applying DevOps principles and practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring, logging) to Camunda applications.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Analytical ability, ability to lead an independent project from an architectural standpoint, and eagerness to learn in new domains; ability to create complex, large‑scale, software/hardware intensive solutions.

Ability to clearly articulate and engage technically with senior technology/management teams of customers.

Experience working closely with stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.

Certification in Camunda BPM platform is a plus.
