Job Description Experience across industry verticals, especially Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, Manufacturing, with the flexibility & initiative to take up other industry domains. 13+ years of experience in design and architecture of end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities. Industry-specific consulting and advisory working with customers identifying and solving business problems. Multiple transformation program experience in one or more of the following industries: Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, Manufacturing with in-depth understanding of industry domain and trends. Excellent articulation skills and ability to pitch to CXOs on innovation and thought leadership. Experience in working with teams based in multiple time zones. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting language. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to manage diverse team and project stakeholders (customer & TCS management, ServiceNow). Leadership abilities to inspire and guide team. Innovation mindset.
Responsibilities

Drive transformation programs and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions.
Maintain strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting.

Qualifications
Industry‑led advisory and transformation experience.
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ServiceNow.
7+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem experience.
At least 1 industry domain experience (Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, Manufacturing).
Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas.
Salary Salary range: $140,500 - $184,500 a year.
