Pediatric Surgery opening in Missoula, Montana Seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join our growing collaborative team. Full-Time: 15 days per month or 183 days per year Full-Spectrum Pediatric Surgical Care: Inpatient consultations, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and 24/7 on-call coverage Collaborative Environment: Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists from Seattle Children's Advanced Facility: 23+ bed Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designation Specialized Support: Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office Teaching Opportunities: Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residents Engaging Practice Setting: Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle ChildrensClinic Schedule Monday - Friday, split with a second pediatric surgeon (on-call weeks) One dedicated block OR day per week (with add-ons as needed) 15 days of hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks)Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive base salary with wRVU-based production incentives Generous CME allowance Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Medical education debt support Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Marketing and practice growth supportMissoula, MT Nestled between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks, Missoula is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.
