We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead the development of our in‑house executive search function. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and securing top‑tier executive and senior‑level talent across all business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex, confidential searches while building scalable processes and capabilities for our growing executive recruitment needs.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play
Executive Search & Recruitment Lead end‑to‑end executive search processes for C‑level, SVP, VP, and other senior leadership positions
Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for specialized, hard‑to‑fill roles
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of executive‑level candidates across key functions
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency‑based interviews
Manage confidential searches with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Building In‑House Executive Search Function Design and implement scalable executive search processes, tools, and methodologies
Establish best practices for executive recruitment, including search timelines, candidate evaluation criteria, and stakeholder communication protocols
Create and maintain executive search playbooks and documentation
Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track executive search effectiveness
Build relationships with executive search firms and other external partners as needed for specialized searches
Stakeholder Management & Partnership Partner with C‑level executives, SVPs, VPs, and senior leaders as a trusted recruitment advisor
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights into executive talent landscape
Counsel hiring managers on compensation benchmarking, candidate expectations, and market trends
Present candidates and provide detailed assessments to executive leadership
Facilitate offer negotiations and closing processes for senior‑level hires
Conduct comprehensive market mapping and competitive intelligence for target roles
Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement
Build and maintain relationships with executive‑level professionals in relevant industries
Develop deep understanding of sports betting, iGaming, technology, and related sectors
THE STATS Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of executive search experience, either in‑house or with a retained search firm
Proven track record of successfully completing senior‑level searches (VP+ level)
Experience recruiting for technology, gaming, financial services, or high‑growth companies preferred
Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and market benchmarks
Exceptional relationship‑building and networking skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools

The applicable salary range for this position is $136,000 - $187,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
