Role Impact The Dispensary Manager supports Sweetspot Brands’ retail growth by overseeing day‑to‑day dispensary operations, ensuring full compliance with Connecticut’s Department of Consumer Protection regulations, and contributing directly to our Sweetspot initiatives. You will provide high‑quality products to customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage a dispensary team.
Work with the head Pharmacist to ensure strict adherence to dispensing policies and regulations.
Develop, implement, and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with regulations and Sweetspot standards.
Manage compliant inventory control measures and conduct weekly audits.
Maintain an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the dispensary and provide staff support when issues arise.
Report weekly profit and loss, compare posting data to actual cash receipts, and work with accounting for daily financial records.
Analyze and report findings on key performance indicators.
Process invoices, manifests, and vendor licensing documentation.
Report city and state sales tax according to regulation.
Coordinate with marketing to create discounts, schedule events, and conduct community outreach.

What You Bring

Problem‑solving
Physical ability to walk the facility and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
Minimum age 21.
