The Impact Sweetspot is seeking an experienced and industry‑savvy Dispensary Manager to lead operations at our beautiful new dispensary in Mt. Olive, New Jersey. The Dispensary Manager plays a vital role in supporting Sweetspot Brands' efforts to drive retail growth and ensuring compliance with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission’s regulations. The position contributes directly to the success of our Sweetspot initiatives.
The Role
Hire, train, and manage a dispensary team.
Develop, implement, and train all staff on Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission regulations and Sweetspot standards.
Manage and oversee compliant inventory control measures and conduct weekly audits.
Follow all existing inventory and inspection procedures to ensure full compliance in performing essential job functions.
Maintain an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the dispensary and provide staff support when issues arise.
Report weekly profit and loss reports comparing reporting data to actual cash receipts.
Work with the accounting team for daily maintenance of financial accounts.
Maintain daily receipts, expenses, and reporting.
Analyze and report findings on key performance indicators.
Properly process and file invoices, manifests, and vendor licensing.
Report city and state sales tax according to state regulation.

What You Bring
3‑5 years of experience managing staff, handling budgets and general operations knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to create and modify SOPs.
Ability to handle interpersonal relationships and solve conflicts between employees.
Proficiency in personnel management, inventory management, development and implementation of quality control measures and problem‑solving.
Must be 21 or older.
Physical ability to walk back and forth across the facility and lift/move up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
