high‑energy, founder‑style executive
who combines
enterprise sales excellence
with
operational discipline . This role requires someone who is both a
closer
and a
builder —capable of tripling revenue while tightening risk, improving rollout quality, and ensuring every customer and partner experience is operationally flawless. You will work directly with the founders to drive commercial strategy, expand into new markets, fix weak spots in operations, and build an operating cadence grounded in clarity, discipline, and execution. Top Priorities (First 12–18 Months)
Triple revenue
through enterprise sales and rapid market expansion Close enterprise deals with:
Multi‑site SNFs Homecare agencies Staffing companies Unions Pension administrators
Drive
flawless operational rollouts
and activation for large partners Strengthen underwriting discipline and reduce failed paybacks Build alignment across product, operations, compliance, and risk Improve user retention through better onboarding and experience Create a
simple, repeatable operating cadence
across the entire company Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Leadership
Own enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting → close → activation Develop and expand relationships with healthcare, fintech, staffing, and benefits organizations Create repeatable sales processes and revenue reporting rhythms Build and lead a high‑performance commercial team Operational Execution & Partner Enablement
Oversee rollout of all enterprise partners; ensure clean onboarding and predictable delivery Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to execute new features and workflows Build scalable processes to support growth, customer reliability, and compliance Risk, Underwriting & Compliance
Establish frameworks to reduce failed repayments and strengthen risk controls Ensure operational processes meet regulatory, financial, and compliance standards Work cross‑departmentally to align risk, product, and customer success Company‑Wide Operating Cadence
Create dashboards, KPIs, and weekly/monthly reporting Introduce consistent performance management, accountability, and predictability Instill discipline across teams without slowing innovation Must‑Have Experience
10+ years
leading both
B2B2C sales AND operations Closed enterprise deals in
fintech, payroll, HR tech, benefits, healthcare, or staffing Direct
P&L ownership
of a $5–20M business Proven ability to
2×–4× revenue Led operational teams handling
risk, compliance, payouts, or complex workflows Experience serving
frontline or underserved populations Skilled in stabilizing messy rollouts and transforming scrappy teams into structured performers Traits & Leadership Style
