Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Founding Team
Stage:
Seed (Product built, pilots in advanced stages)
Equity:
Meaningful co-founder–level equity + competitive cash (post‑raise)
Location:
New York (Hybrid)
Company:
Corelink AI
About Corelink AI
Corelink AI is building the trusted AI brain for enterprises, a compliance‑grade intelligence and workflow layer that connects fragmented systems, understands organizational context, and executes actions securely.
We are purpose‑built for regulated industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, insurance), where trust, auditability, and deep integrations are non‑negotiable. The platform is fully built, launch‑ready, and entering commercial rollout with multiple pilots in advanced stages.
This is a rare opportunity to help define a new enterprise software category at the moment of market inflection.
The Role
We are seeking a COO / Co‑Founder to partner closely with the CEO and CTO to scale Corelink from launch through Series A and beyond.
This is not a back‑office operations role. You will own execution at scale, turning vision into revenue, pilots into flagship enterprise contracts, and partnerships into durable distribution channels.
You will be a core member of the founding leadership team, with real influence over strategy, capital, and company direction.
What You'll Own Go‑to‑Market & Revenue Execution
Lead enterprise GTM execution alongside the CEO
Convert advanced pilots into multi‑year enterprise contracts
Build and scale a repeatable land‑and‑expand motion in regulated industries
Oversee customer success to ensure measurable ROI and high retention
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem
Develop and manage partnerships with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and SI partners
Turn alliances into co‑sell motions and real pipeline
Reduce CAC through ecosystem‑led distribution
Operations & Scaling
Build the operating cadence, KPIs, and execution discipline of the company
Scale cross‑functional teams across GTM, customer success, and delivery
Ensure enterprise‑grade operational maturity without slowing velocity
Capital & Investor Execution
Partner with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and capital strategy
Help align milestones, hiring, and spend with funding stages
Support the company through Seed → Series A → Series B readiness
Who We Are Looking For You likely have 5–10+ years of experience and several of the following:
Senior leadership experience scaling enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
Proven success selling to or operating within regulated industries
Experience with enterprise procurement, pilots, and long sales cycles
Strong background in strategic partnerships or platform ecosystems
Exposure to venture fundraising and board‑level execution
Builder mindset - comfortable in ambiguity, decisive, and execution‑driven
Most importantly, you want to build, not just operate.
Why This Role Is Special
Product is built
- this is about execution, not ideation
Market timing is right
- enterprise AI is moving from experimentation to trusted deployment
Founder‑level impact
- real ownership, real influence
Category‑defining ambition
- not another AI feature, but foundational enterprise infrastructure
Compensation
Competitive cash (post‑seed)
Meaningful co‑founder equity
Long‑term upside aligned with building a category leader
