Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
Develop and cultivate customer relationships that result in incremental business.
Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS Solutions products.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Preferred Qualifications
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
Proven track record with technical training assignments.
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.
Additional Job Requirements
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise.
Clinical Specialists may be required to travel outside their assigned territory, possibly overnight.
Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record will be reviewed.
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day and freely move throughout the facility.

Benefits & Compensation Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 (USD) for U.S. locations excluding Puerto Rico and specific California sites. Additional compensation includes a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for exceeding goals.
