Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Support Services Supervisor, the Laboratory Support Technician (LST) is responsible for providing quality, customer‑oriented laboratory services including specimen procurement, specimen processing, and related specialized procedures. The LST also communicates laboratory information to users to ensure efficient departmental operation and successful mission fulfillment. LSTs provide training and guidance to less experienced technician staff.
