How You’ll Make a Difference You’ll have the opportunity to assist guests during some of their most challenging times. You will be called on to make a difference by creating and providing exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Store Manager is the first‑line representative to the William Warren Properties customers in the Store Manager’s absence. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of a site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests during challenging times and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Represent customers as the first‑line representative in the Store Manager’s absence.
Maintain daily operations of a site.
Assist Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, and occupancy.
Maintain cleanliness standards and customer service as required.
Manage all aspects of the rental process, including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, assisting customers with truck rentals, collecting past‑due accounts, and guiding customers on their journey.
Inspect stores daily, including lock checks.
Maintain an impeccable facility and perform minor maintenance and custodial duties.
Contact vendors for routine maintenance repairs.
Accurately handle cash, balance receipts, post payments, and process bank deposits promptly.

Qualifications
Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
Tech savvy is a plus.
Experience in cash handling is required.
Must be available on weekends.

An insatiable appetite to learn new things.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to walk, bend, stand, and stoop frequently.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently.
Ability to push up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Ability to lift above head frequently.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed or required.
Ability to operate tools and maintenance equipment using manual dexterity of hands and arms.
Ability to communicate in written and verbal format frequently.
