Company Overview ConcertAI is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare with cutting‑edge AI and data solutions. Our mission is to accelerate insights, advance research, and improve patient outcomes in oncology and across life sciences. We partner with top pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and research institutions to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinical research. By leveraging evidence‑generation and artificial intelligence, we deliver unparalleled insights into treatment effectiveness, patient care, and disease progression to advance precision medicine and medical innovation.

Role Summary ConcertAI is building the next generation of AI infrastructure for life sciences and healthcare. The CaraAI Platform will serve as a horizontal foundation for developing and deploying next‑generation AI applications—particularly agentic AI—across ConcertAI’s product suites. We are seeking a hands‑on product lead who has built and scaled enterprise‑grade AI platforms within the life sciences ecosystem. This individual will define and drive the product roadmap, deeply engage with engineering, lead a platform prioritization process across the three business units, and work across internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative, production‑ready AI capabilities to market.

Responsibilities

Lead product development for the CaraAI platform, defining requirements and working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Translate high‑level vision into actionable product specifications that support AI application development across multiple business units including Clinical R&D and Imaging.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for AI platforms within life sciences: staying current on state‑of‑the‑art models, agentic AI architectures, and platform capabilities.

Drive the platform’s evolution to support agentic AI use cases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and interoperability with existing data and product ecosystems.

Collaborate with enterprise customers, product managers from the different product teams, and engineering teams to align on platform priorities and adoption strategies.

Own end‑to‑end product delivery—from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization—while ensuring strong commercial and technical alignment.

Partner with internal AI research and engineering teams to explore and implement emerging technologies that push the boundaries of AI‑driven life sciences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field required.

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in AI/ML, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Life Sciences Engineering preferred.

7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or platform architecture within life sciences or healthcare technology.

Proven success building or managing enterprise AI or data platforms used across multiple product lines or business units.

Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including model lifecycle management, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud‑native architectures.

Demonstrated ability to write product requirements, define technical specifications, and work hand‑in‑hand with engineering.

Strong understanding of life sciences workflows, regulatory environments, and how AI applications create value across R&D, clinical development, and commercialization.

Highly hands‑on, problem‑solving orientation—able to act as both product owner and architect to drive platform development forward.

Experience with modern AI technologies (LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, model orchestration frameworks) is a strong plus.
