Overview Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, is recruiting a full‑time Ob/Gyn Physician to provide comprehensive gynecologic, obstetric, maternity, and reproductive health services. The role includes clinical patient care across outpatient clinics, inpatient Labor & Delivery, and the operating room, and a dedicated informatics component reporting to the Chief Health Information Officer.

Highlights

Work in multiple settings: outpatient clinics, inpatient Labor & Delivery, operating room. Position located in Cambridge, with flexibility to practice in Somerville or Revere.

Collegial staff with low clinician turnover and part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Certified Nurse Midwives, Family Medicine Physicians, Ob/Gyn Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.

Assume an established patient panel while maintaining capacity for new patients; manageable call schedule.

Opportunity to teach medical students and residents from Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, with an HMS appointment as Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor based on qualifications.

Serve as liaison between CHA Information Technology and OBGYN/Perinatal Operations to inform population health and value‑based care initiatives.

Drive optimization of the electronic health record to improve workflow efficiencies and patient care, reducing provider burden.

Identify data requirements and coordinate clinical information systems development to meet organizational data needs.

Qualifications Applicants must be Board‑Eligible/Board‑Certified (BE/BC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology, possess excellent clinical and communication skills, and share CHA’s commitment to serving diverse, underserved communities. Preferred experience includes innovative care models, data analytics, operational governance, and comfort with information technology (Epic EHR experience is a plus).

Benefits CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package: health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement accounts with matching contributions, generous paid time off (PTO), and CME allotment. The base salary range is $250,000–$330,000, adjusted for experience, with additional production incentives.
