Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Full‑time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers.
Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
Show care about the customers’ homes; build a connection and promote our culture and team.
Embrace teamwork and let a positive attitude energize the team.
Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels, cheerfully resolving concerns and following up for resolution.
Promote our culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Complete a background check after interview.
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm and some Saturdays.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Ability to drive with a valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
Self‑motivated, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and can manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office.
Can multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
