A Day In The Life Assist in planning, executing immersive, and interactive marketing activations. Work with event teams and managers to deliver experiential assets at company events.
The Impact You’ll Make
Provide on‑ground support during events—setup, attendee engagement, and post‑event breakdown—to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience.
Track event assets, process inbound requests, handle creative art requests, prepare invoices, seek budget pre‑approvals, submit purchase order requests, recap activations, and update trackers.
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and partners, ensuring clear communication and securing necessary resources for events.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging activities that reflect the brand’s vision, fostering memorable consumer interactions.
Maintain inventory and quality checks for event equipment and materials, coordinating with logistics to facilitate timely setup, loading, unloading, and repairs.
Who You Are
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer engagement, and event coordination.
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning, or a related field.
Compensation Competitive total compensation; annual estimated salary of $21.00 – $23.00 per hour. Pay may vary by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
