What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide high-quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients through effective call management
Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team based on patient requests
Answer questions regarding medication refills and other inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Perform other duties as assigned while striving to improve job-specific competencies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with at least 1 year of experience
Prior experience in a call center or busy phone system
Familiarity with electronic appointment scheduling
Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
