Bilingual in English and Spanish Associate\'s Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with 1 year of experience Experience in a call center or busy phone system Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
