Business Development Manager – Consulting & Project Services

Identify and engage new clients needing consulting, managed services, or custom project‑based solutions. Develop deep, strategic relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders. Create tailored service proposals and ensure seamless execution with delivery teams. Represent Odyssey at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities. 5+ years of IT‑related business development experience, ideally in consulting, project services, or professional services. A consultative, relationship‑first mindset. Strong communication and strategic planning skills. Ability to work independently, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed. Must be able to onsite in Plano Mon/Wed/Fri and open to in‑person client events. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Benefits:
