These managers keep our centers operating efficiently, leading a team of mechanics responsible for all center equipment. They’re involved with maintenance, repairs, and supporting the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, ensuring continuous efficient functioning.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics in partnership with the General Manager.
Provide training and instruction to mechanics on machine operation, safety procedures, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure operational compliance with laws, policies, OSHA safety practices; monitor and maintain machine stop records and summaries for repairs.
Schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety, and other building systems.
Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades; obtain bids for routine and emergency maintenance; suggest improvements.
Remain flexible, available for varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Who You Are You’re an experienced, technically proficient manager, strong team player, and enjoy troubleshooting and resolving technical issues before they arise. You have a desire to grow and develop the talent and skill of your technical staff.

5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
Strong communication skills
Team player
Staff supervision experience
Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
