ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, ensuring efficient operation
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics in partnership with the General Manager
Provide training on equipment, safety procedures, and preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with laws and policies, monitor machine stop records, schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety, and other building systems
Assist in planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades; obtain bids and suggest cost‑effective improvements
Remain flexible to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
Who You Are You are an experienced, technically proficient manager and a strong team player who can troubleshoot effectively. You can supervise mechanics, communicate department needs clearly, and spot and resolve technical issues before they arise. You have a strong desire to grow and develop the talent and skill of the staff you supervise.
DESIRED SKILLS
5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
Solid communication skills
Strong team player
Staff supervision experience
Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
