Overview Drive successful SafeSplash business through excellence in overall management of the locations with emphasis on business operations, employee management, client relations, marketing, and community outreach.
Responsibilities Business Operations
– Maintain location policies and procedures within the franchise structure, manage scheduling software, train and lead by example following the SafeSplash curriculum.
Employee Management – Recruit, hire, orient, schedule, train staff and maintain a safe work environment.
Instruction – Provide lesson instruction as needed.
Customer Relations – Maintain quality customer service, analyze and resolve service problems, develop improvement strategies.
Human Resources – Administer employee policies, payroll, and benefits.
Marketing – Implement local marketing and community outreach, manage communication with clients.
Business Development – Set strategic goals, evaluate options, define objectives, evaluate outcomes.
Qualifications
2 years of aquatics management experience.
Detail‑oriented, team‑driven leader with strong communication skills.
Exceptional guest relations and multi‑tasking abilities.
Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and ability to move between locations.
Preferred Skills – Swim lesson or competitive swimming experience, knowledge of four basic strokes and teaching curriculum.
Desired Certifications – Current Red Cross lifeguard, WSI Water Safety Instructor, CPR‑PR/AED, First Aid, lifeguard instruction preferred.
Hours / Compensation 30–40 hours per week. Compensation commensurate with experience.
