Business Development Representative
In this role, you will first learn to develop your skills by recruiting professional candidates before migrating to work with new and potential clients.
Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media
Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in‑person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
Negotiate pay rates
Lead generation and client follow‑up
Shadowing and observing sales activity from VP and Sr. Account Executives
Client outreach, setting meetings, and presenting The Judge Group capabilities
Interact with clients and attend client meetings
Competitive Base salary and uncapped commission plan with six‑figure earning potential
Promotional trips
