Onsite Document Processing Associate Join to apply for the Onsite Document Processing Associate role at Conduent.

Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Responsibilities

Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.

Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review.

Sorts and distributes mail for production floor processing, may process both inbound and outbound areas.

May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time.

Strong attention to detail; must translate information effectively and accurately.

Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures.

Some experience working in a mail center.

1‑2 years in a working environment.

Training is 4 to 6 weeks.

Requirements

Must be able to clear required criminal background check and drug screening.

Must be able to pass a typing test with a minimum score of 25 wpm.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Required to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location Chesapeake, VA area.
