Opportunity Atos Public Safety (APS) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive all aspects of our Next‑Generation 9‑1‑1 (NG911) platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and feature/functionality definition for the product line. This role requires global collaboration with cross‑functional teams; including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations & Delivery. Driving Public Safety & Emergency Services products that meet customers, market & industry requirements that also align with the Group’s business goals. This unique opportunity requires the ability to navigate through the intersection of regulation, legal, process, technology and innovation to understand impact and provide guidance and potential resolution pathways to emerging public safety technologies.
Responsibilities
The Product Manager will drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature/functionality definition for the NG911 platform.
Work with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with Pre‑Sales & R&D to plan & time product launches and ensure go‑to‑market readiness.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for new features and innovation.
Manage the product life cycle from roadmap, backlog, to release plans and coordination with engineering, sales, and business stakeholders in an international, multicultural environment.
Lead, coach, and elevate team members, and influence cross‑functional teams.
Apply Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe frameworks and utilize product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.).
Qualifications
BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MS or other advanced degree considered a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience with a historical focus on the customer and industry within the emergency telecommunications space.
Proven ability to drive requirements to develop products that meet business goals and customer needs.
Experience in creating and evolving / improving processes leading to innovation.
Ability to gather and prioritize product future state, customer and technology requirements from different external and internal stakeholders, i.e. AI driven technologies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills with engineering, sales, and business stakeholders across an international, multicultural environment.
Prior exposure with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe frameworks a plus.
Experience with IP communication offerings, with exposure to the North American Public Safety market (911 / NG911) a plus.

Drive NG911 Product Management processes and goals. Including, but not limited to roadmaps, KPI analysis, backlog development, feature prioritization. Complete assigned Product Management deliverables as part of the Atos Product Line Management process (APLM)
Work with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Work closely with business owners and architecture teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and technical architecture.
Contributes to effective communication, collaboration and cooperation within a highly functional global geographica
