Skills Transformation and Mergers & Acquisition HR Lead About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Skills Transformation and Mergers & Acquisition HR Lead to drive strategic initiatives that prepare our organization for the future of work. This role combines expertise in Learning & Development, Change Management, and Project Management to enable digital transformation and cultural agility within an IT environment. You will partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and technology stakeholders to design and implement programs that enhance employee capabilities, foster engagement, and align workforce strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute skills transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and technology trends.

Conduct skills gap analysis and create competency frameworks for emerging IT roles.

Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable learning programs and certification pathways for technical and leadership roles.

Mergers & Aquistions

Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation and cultural evolution.

Create communication and engagement plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Project Management & Change Mgmt

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Track milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences across the organization.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, and business leaders.

Develop communication strategies that drive engagement and transparency during transformation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in IT or technology-driven organizations.

Proven experience in Skills Transformation strategy and execution.

Solid understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organizational design.

General Project Management experience.

Familiarity with IT industry trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps) and their impact on workforce needs.

Knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Experience

HR-related acquisition and divestiture experience is a plus.

Certifications in Change Management, L&D, or HR (e.g., Prosci, CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
