Supervisor Telecom Aerial
We’re looking for a Supervisor Telecom Aerial to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor Telecom Aerial will provide direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.
Minimum qualifications: a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction, familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various telecommunications construction equipment, ability to use cable placement equipment and tools, and ability to troubleshoot problems.
Responsibilities
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables.
Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
Identify and course‑correct project issues and risks, and assist in developing response plans to resolve them.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues to support project objectives.
Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate’s degree in a related industry or advanced training in the field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
1 or more years of project management experience, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete a pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
