Overview We’re looking for a Supervisor Telecom Aerial to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor Telecom Aerial provides direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities, project progress, and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables.
Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist in an assigned area, department, or project.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and assist in developing response plans.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
Implement and maintain processes to support completion of tasks.
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate’s degree preferred or advanced training in the field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
1 or more years of project management experience.
Authorized to work in the United States. Must complete pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
