We are inviting the Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System (SURTASS) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician Crewmembers and Field Support Team (FST) program to join our portfolio of O&M/sustainment programs.

A few of the key programs include Fleet Systems Engineer Team (FSET), Mobile Sensors (COBRA KING), COBRA DANE Radar, HADR Sustainment, NCTAMS PAC, and J-AOS.

In support of the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) Operations Support Center (IOSC), we seek an experienced Quality Analyst to work on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story, VA (JEBLCFS) 40‑hours per week.

Responsibilities

Reports to the SURTASS Program Manager and has a reporting path directly to the Government (COR, Technical Lead, Functional Managers).

Document adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents, references, and requirements.

Develop policy and procedure to support contract execution in accordance with the SOW.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis to facilitate process improvement.

Track Contract Delivery and Requirements List (CDRL) delivery and compliance.

Track performance per the Quality Reporting Plan (QRP).

Assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCAs.

ul> Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.

Valid United States driver’s license.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks.

Valid U.S. passport.

Successful pre‑employment drug screening.

Company provided travel charge cards.

Ability to conduct short‑term deployments/travel as required.

Security Clearance An active Department of Defense Secret level clearance is required.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, physics, or mathematics.

Three years of experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Five years of experience conducting audits and surveillances.

Lean Six Sigma Black or Master Belt or equivalent.
