Inventory Manager
Location: Tempe, AZ (ON-SITE)
Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Job Summary The Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient inventory management processes. This role involves forecasting demand, managing inventory systems, and collaborating with various departments to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
Manage inventory tracking systems and software.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
Train and supervise inventory staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software (Microsoft Business Central).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with forecasting and demand planning.
Knowledge of industry best practices in inventory management.
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).
