What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and drive the product strategy for supplier integrations
Scale the supplier program from dozens to hundreds of partners over the next few years
Build solutions that create win-win-win outcomes for contractors, suppliers, and the employer
Collaborate closely with teams leading pricing, procurement, and inventory to unlock value through supplier integrations
Work with design, engineering, business development, and operations to streamline supply chain and procurement integrations
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS
Background in operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement technology
Experience leading and scaling up integration programs
Track record of building high-value, customer-centric integrations
Proven ability to scale programs and deliver business impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with supply chain and procurement processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
