Lead efforts to streamline and automate sales processes using data-driven decision-making Collaborate with sales leaders to define and champion the business vision for sales-centric platforms Analyze and document sales workflows to identify areas for efficiency and automation Manage a backlog of sales process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of relevant experience in SaaS business operations or product management supporting sales Proven experience in creating process maps and writing clear technical user stories Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms, including basic configuration skills Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with sales analytics tools and proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and sprints Exceptional data literacy with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
