Sales & Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and lead an S&OP process for pet food.
Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization such as forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.
Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&OP.
Work closely with the Demand & Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory.
Create and manage capacity models for each category and present risks to the leadership team.
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.
Coordinate and facilitate regular planning meetings with Supply Chain and the executive team.
Communicate with planning and production about promotions, new products and launch timeline updates.
Determine optimum inventory levels by item based on lead time, MOQs, sales history, and seasonality.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to ensure alignment and resolve any supply or demand issues.
Assist in the new product development process.
Become an ERP (NetSuite) superuser and assist with training when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Economics, or a related field.
MA or MBA in a related field (preferred).
7+ years in the Consumer Goods industry.
5+ years in a Supply Chain/S&OP role.
5+ years in an analytics role.
3+ years of team leadership experience.
Experience in Supply Chain or Sales Operations.
Advanced Excel skills.
10+ years in Consumer Goods analytics (preferred).
Experience with collaborative forecasting processes (preferred).
