Location Richfield, WI (30 minutes from Milwaukee and Waukesha)
Shift 3rd (10pm - 6:30am)
What You’ll Be Doing
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in combos/vats according to predetermined sequence
Cycle Count warehouse and freezer locations daily–reconcile inventory variances
Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials and distribute to production areas
Record amount of materials or items received or distributed
Operate forklift and automation system to move product throughout the manufacturing plant, including moving raw material to production floor and finished goods to packaged storage
Clean and maintain equipment, tooling and workspace area
Protect employees and company safety and security through reporting and stopping occurrences such as damage to product and/or property, theft, product tampering and questionable behavior
Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Forklift certification (preferred)
Prior material handling experience and experience operating powered industrial vehicles
Constant walking, standing, bending and stooping and bending
Frequent lifting of items up to 20 pounds
Ability to work in an environment with cold temperatures and a wet environment
Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
