Your Role Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth.
What you will do
Conduct in‑depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency.
Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality consulting services and achieve project objectives.
Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your Profile
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
8‑10 years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
Proven experience in collaborative selling and business development.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
Must have an awareness of how to design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $150,000 to $170,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
