YOUR ROLE Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth.
What you will do:
Support the development and implementation of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
Assist in Agile and technology transformation initiatives.
Contribute to the design and architecture of technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
Assist in the creation and implementation of IT operating models.
Participate in Agile transformation projects, including planning and execution.
Support technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades and migrations.
Contribute to the design and architecture of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality consulting services.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
1‑2 years of professional experience in a related role.
Basic understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have an awareness of how to design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
