R0024196Nasdaq's North American Markets Services Sales group is responsible for its Equities, Options, and Index Options products. The Nasdaq Index Options product suite currently comprises the Nasdaq-100 Index Option (NDX) and the Nasdaq-100 Micro Index Options (XND). We are looking for our next Index Derivatives Salesperson to join our team and help grow institutional and retail participation in this expanding market.*This position can be located in New York, Philadelphia or Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.***Responsibilities:*** **Drive Sales & Growth**: Lead and prioritize sales, retention, and marketing initiatives for Nasdaq-100 Index Options (NDX & XND), targeting new and existing clients.* **Develop & Execute Strategies**: Guide short- and long-term sales plans, foster relationships, and identify new business opportunities through direct client engagement and industry events.* **Collaborate & Align**: Partner with senior management, brokerage firms, and strategic leaders to align client needs with product strategies and support sustained growth.* **Integrate & Promote Products**: Coordinate product implementation, communication, and integration into brokerage offerings, while expanding awareness among institutional and retail firms.* **Represent Nasdaq**: Attend and participate in conferences, panels, and industry events to deepen market presence and strengthen partnerships. **Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales* 10+ years of sales environment in the financial markets**Come as You Are****Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
