Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to define long‑term vision, goals, and strategies.

Lead the design of transformation roadmaps, designing clients' future processes and organizations.

Simplify difficult situations, models, and issues to create structured actions.

Test and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Manage project execution from start‑to‑finish and drive team to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).

Mentor and coach junior team members to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development.

Develop strong client relationships that enable the identification and qualification of sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership.

Drive proposal developments under the direction of Principals and VPs.

Participate in growing Capgemini Consulting by supporting recruitment, training, and community‑building.

Contribute to the development of innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies.

Serve as People Manager to guide the careers of junior consultants.

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategy, or a closely related field plus at least 3 years of experience in a management consulting role, or as a Management Consultant, IT/Application Consultant, Technical Analyst, or related IT position.

Experience with functional business analysis.

Experience developing client proposals and transformation roadmaps.

Experience managing project execution from start‑to‑finish and driving a team to deliver according to plan.
