This position requires a Bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus at least 4 years of progressively-responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or related IT position. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the employer deems that the suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable is 3 years of study towards a U.S. bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus at least 3 years of experience in the job offered, as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or related IT position. The applicant must also have: 1) Any period of experience overseeing project operations including project planning, organizing, staffing, forecasting, and project financial management; 2) Any period of experience overseeing all aspects of system implementation, including requirements gathering, future state solution design, development of objects related to their process scope, and testing and post implementation support; 3) Any period of experience performing gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development of project planning; 4) Any period of experience performing full life cycle project implementations; 5) Any period of experience guiding team of resources, including Consultants or Vendors; 6) Any period of experience with project management tools, including MS Project or Clarity; and 7) Any period of experience providing guidance to internal or external stakeholders.
