You’re a fit for the role of Lead Software Engineer if you have the following qualifications:**Required Qualifications:**
At least six years professional software development experience. Formal computer science education is a plus but is not required. Experience in technical leadership such as mentoring other engineers, breaking features down into stories, discussing competing implementations, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively, and a self-starter mentality with quick learning and adaptability.
Proven ability to execute both tactical and strategic solutions.
