Job Summary Responsible for data analysis & data integrity related to Faculty Affairs. Works with internal & external partners on ad hoc and recurring data requests. Investigates & resolves discrepancies in faculty data. Will be the subject matter expert / point of contact for faculty data. Innovate & improve current methods of tracking & analyzing data. Will assist the Senior Project Manager with process improvement initiatives, ad hoc projects, & will be responsible for identifying areas in which we can improve efficiency and implement solutions.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management information systems, or related field.
Experience
7 years experience in performing analysis of automated procedures and designing procedure manuals to support transaction processing.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Collaborates with leadership to identify and resolve conflicts and barriers to quality and process improvement.
Collaborates with business process owners and provide data project scoping direction and set up.
Manages multiple projects determining project scope, assigning, monitoring and directing the work responsibilities of other project team members, teaching/training team members\' techniques on financial data analysis, develops project plan strategy and implements the work plan to achieve financial goals.
Responsible for conducting analysis to ascertain the most efficient, effective and productive processes to accomplish department goals and objectives.
Facilitates methods to ensure maximum utilization of facilities and human resources. Identifies systems specifications and/or technical changes to procedures for transition and/or development of automated processes.
Oversees the documentation of business and systems requirements of departments for use in development of processes and systems.
Plans and facilitates equipment layout, workflow, and other measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of department.
Provides guidance in procedural development process to department administration.
Monitors monthly reports and data to identify opportunities and trends for improvement.
Oversees the development of procedure manuals and process controls to ensure effective transaction processing.
Prepares, reviews and monitors cost estimates for assigned projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
