This is a pivotal leadership role within our IT team, driving initiatives that ensure our people engage with, adopt, and become proficient in the technologies that support their work. You will design frameworks, set measurable goals, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation - supporting the firm’s ambitions for growth and its plans for AI and emerging technologies. In this role, you’ll: Develop and deliver a digital adoption strategy
aligned with firm objectives, and champion innovative ways of working. Create and maintain a technology skills framework , assessing proficiency and identifying gaps. Define KPIs and report on adoption rates , using data to drive actionable insights. Design and deliver training programmes
in partnership with Talent Development, promoting best practice and engagement. Lead a team of three , providing coaching and mentoring to support growth. Collaborate with stakeholders
across Technology, Legal Operations, and Practice Groups to ensure solutions meet user needs. Drive innovation and AI adoption , identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and accessibility of legal knowledge. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings: Proven experience in digital adoption, change management, or technology enablement within professional services (law firm experience desirable). Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and digital transformation principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing and developing a team.
