YOUR ROLE As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high‑impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their
end‑to‑end supply chain planning capabilities .
In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:
Deep expertise in Operating Model Design, including development of target operating models for complex organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading Cost Takeout initiatives, delivering measurable cost reductions.
Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
Experience within the following capability areas:
Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign
Business Case Development
Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies
Stakeholder Engagement
Broader experience in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation leveraging AI.
Strong executive presence with good relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable experience mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance.
Travel required 50‑75% depending on client need.
Required Skills
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible.

The base salary range for the tagged location is $140,000 to $170,000.
