Director of Marketing
to lead brand growth across digital, retail, and experiential channels. With over a dozen boutiques and a loyal following, the brand blends timeless design with modern creativity.
The Director of Marketing will drive strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution to elevate awareness, engagement, and sales. You’ll collaborate across design, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and measurable business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee creative direction for seasonal campaigns, content, and photoshoots
Lead digital marketing, paid media, and influencer initiatives
Manage campaign launches, events, and collaborations
Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to inform strategy
Oversee budget, reporting, and team management
REQUIRMENTS
10+ years in fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing
Strong understanding of women’s fashion and consumer trends
Proven success leading brand, digital, and creative initiatives
Excellent communicator and collaborative leader
Data-informed, creative, and passionate about timeless design
