The Vista Pro Landscape & The Grounds Guys of Annapolis team is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor. We are looking for a person to share in our passion for being an industry leader in landscape design, installation and maintenance. Headquartered in Davidsonville, MD and servicing MD, VA and DC, Vista Pro Landscape & The Grounds Guys of Annapolis has assembled a team of passionate team members. We are looking for a committed and career minded leader to oversee our maintenance and enhancement crews ensuring proper safety, construction, quality and delivering on our contractual obligations. This is a full time and year-round position.
Your Critical Functions
Responsible for leading multiple production crews Training team members Delivering complete and high-quality projects with safe and profitable outcomes Material acquisition for projects Responsible for project P&L’s Qualifications
Self-driven Management and leadership experience Team leadership background with a “people first” attitude Driver's License (Required) Education:
High school or equivalent (Required) Relevant degree a plus
